RETURN POLICY


We do offer our AWESOME GUARANTEE and will do our best to provide you with a positive buying experience. However, all our products are made to order, we are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges with EXCEPTIONS.

Exceptions

If the product arrives damaged or with printing defects, please email us at info@theawesomegoods.com within the first 5 business days of product delivery. This will open an investigation and initiate the return or exchange process. Email requests made after 5 business days will be invalid and ineligible for processing.

The investigation will require the order number or receipt, picture and/or other proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Defects 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us the details along with a picture of the damaged item, when possible.

Exchanges 
We don't currently offer product exchanges because each order is custom made to order. However, in special circumstances due to our error, we may offer an exchange of size or color. Or, we may waive/refund the shipping costs of an exchanged item if a new purchase is made for the same item (different color or size).

Ineligible items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned which includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
